Fuji Sekai Gi

I haven't bought a gi, I've been borrowing one of my friend's 5 gis. He's an A4 judo gi but it's still pretty baggy on me. I'm 6'0 and 170 but have longish limbs (32 inseem) and often find it difficult to get pant and sleeve length right. What would be my best option? I'm looking at W3 but I don't want it to shrink and then not fit well.

What if you're 6'0 and 170? I'm thin but tall and I find pants in general get wider as they get longer? I haven't bought spats before though either
